On show now at Design Assembly, Singapore, Through Her Lens is a photography exhibition featuring the works of Theodora Voutsa, Rebecca Berger, Katie Martin Sperry, and Samantha Colbert. This is Singapore as seen through the eyes of women visual storytellers—each lens capturing its own truth, its own stillness, its own rhythm.
Framed and unframed works are available for sale, with a portion of the proceeds going to It’s Raining Raincoats, an initiative supporting migrant workers in Singapore.

For me, this exhibition was more than a showcase—it was an invitation to pause. To notice the shapes of silence, the architecture of shadow, the tension between presence and absence. Each frame reflected my documentary approach: unscripted, emotionally resonant, and deeply human.
From the subtle strength of a woman crossing into the unknown, to the looming stillness of masculine form echoing time’s quiet pressure, every image asked a question:
What do we carry? What do we leave behind? Who are we becoming in the space between?
My lens seeks not perfection, but truth. Not poses, but presence.
This body of work continues the conversation I’ve been nurturing through 88 Productions—merging cinematic storytelling with documentary photography, always with an eye toward identity, empowerment, and the beauty of being fully seen.
