A Private Documentary Commission for

Women Leaders

Welcome to WOMEN SEEN

You have been invited to explore Women Seen, a private documentary commission created for women leaders, founders and change makers ready to define their legacy on their own terms.

“The most important brand you will ever build is your own.

The most important story ever told about you should be your own.

Because if you do not define your narrative, the world will do it for you. Women Seen helps you become the architect of your legacy.”

- Theodora Voutsa

The Problem

In the absence of a defined narrative, the world will invent one for you.

You have spent years building expertise, leading teams, creating impact. You have changed the people around you, transformed your industry, made decisions that mattered.

And yet: most of the world still does not know your true story.

A CV lists titles. A LinkedIn profile flattens a human being into milestones. A headshot is just a face. None of these tools can show your energy; the way you think, the way you lead, the presence you carry into every room.

True leadership requires:

Narrative Authority: the power to define how you are remembered by your industry, your peers and your successors.

The Solution

Your Legacy. Filmed. Preserved. Shared.

A Women Seen documentary is not a corporate video, not a talking-head interview and not just content.

It is a cinematic portrait of who you are: your origin story, the risks you took, the identity shifts that shaped you, the mission that drives you now and the legacy you are building forward.

This is the fastest, most powerful way to build trust at scale.

People who watch your documentary will understand exactly how they can experience working with you, before they ever meet you.

Narrative Authority in Action

Every Women Seen commissioned documentary is created around a woman's story, values and vision. Through intimate conversation, cinematic imagery and thoughtful storytelling, each film becomes a lasting portrait of who she is and the impact she creates.

Watch the Women Seen documentary created with Nikon Asia featuring multi hyphenate founder, speaker and writer Uma Thana Balasingam.

Why women commission our documentaries

  • To preserve a legacy before time changes the details.

  • To define how they are remembered.

  • To strengthen thought leadership and public presence.

  • To support a book launch, keynote career or new chapter.

  • To capture a moment in life before it passes.

  • To leave something meaningful for children and future generations.

  • To share the story behind the success.

  • To become the author of their own narrative.

Is this for you?

Women Seen is created for women who understand that their story is not separate from their legacy, it is part of it.

Women rarely commission these films because they need a documentary.

They commission them because there is a story, a mission, a body of work, or a chapter of life they do not want to leave untold.

They understand that Narrative Authority, the power to define how they are remembered, is too important to leave to chance.

You may be ready for a

Women Seen film if:

• You lead a company, organisation, movement or community.

• You are a founder, entrepreneur, executive or creative leader.

• You speak publicly or are building thought leadership in your industry.

• You are writing a book, launching a new venture or entering a significant chapter of your life.

• You want your story told with depth, authenticity and cinematic quality.

• You believe your life's work deserves more than a LinkedIn profile, a CV or a collection of achievements.

• You want future generations to understand not only what you accomplished, but who you were, what you believed and why it mattered.

• You are ready to become the architect of your own narrative rather than allowing others to define it for you.

Every commission begins with a private conversation to explore your story, your vision and whether Women Seen is the right fit for you.

Meet the Filmmaker

Theodora Voutsa

Director · Filmmaker · Visual Storyteller

I grew up in the show business industry. My father is one of the most legendary Greek actors, with his own production company; film was never a career choice for me, it was a language.

I have worked in New York, Los Angeles, across Europe and now in Singapore: nearly 30 years behind cameras, on stages and in editing suites. I created The Los Angeles Method; a dynamic combination of acting and personal development that transforms how professionals show up on camera and on stage.

Through 88 Productions, I have collaborated with Heineken, Nike, Nikon Asia, the Singapore Business Federation and more. Women Seen is my most personal work: a movement to make powerful women visible on their own terms.

Women Seen Films

Each film is celebrating women who lead, create and transform the world around them. We capture a woman's story in her own voice, preserving not only what she has accomplished, but who she is.

This is what your film could become, your voice amplified.

Your story starts with a conversation.

Every Women Seen commission begins with a private invitation call.

This is an opportunity for us to explore your story, your goals and the chapter of life or leadership you wish to document.

If we believe we are the right fit for one another, we will design a documentary experience that reflects your voice, your values and the legacy you want to leave behind.

Only a limited number of commissions are accepted each year.
