You’ll receive a beautifully edited video and high-definition images that highlight the beauty, connection and spirit of your family.

The Process

Pre-Production

We begin with a 30- to 60-minute discovery call to learn all about you and your family.

Together, we’ll choose a filming date and our team will bring the studio setup to your home.

After the call, you’ll receive personalized interview questions designed for each family member; parents, children and grandparents to help everyone share their story authentically and comfortably.

Production

On filming day, Theodora will arrive with lights, cameras and professional sound equipment to capture the interview portion of your film.

This segment usually takes 1–2 hours, depending on the number of family members.

Then comes what we call the B-Roll: cinematic footage of your family simply being together, in your space.

You will not know we are there during this part. Here we capture your authentic you, your true moments with your family.

Expect laughter, movement and genuine connection. This part typically lasts 90–120 minutes.

Post-Production

Our editing team will weave together the interviews and visuals into a 5–10 minute high-definition short film, complete with licensed music, colour grading titles, and subtitles.
