Video has become one of the main ways of communication nowadays. Whether you are connecting with your clients on social media, you are self tape auditioning, presenting on Zoom to your colleagues, participating in conference calls, talking to your friends on FaceTime - we all use video in our every day lives.
We will use The Los Angeles Method, a dynamic combination of Acting and Personal Development techniques, to learn about how to “perform” on camera.

how to create instant chemistry
During the training we will work on scenes, monologues and presentations that will be recorded professionally. After the completion of the training, Theodora will edit the scenes and presentations and send them to you. You can keep your material for your files and use it on your site or social media.

Screen Acting Technique / Presentation
You will start with the steps an actor follows to build a role.
Acting 101.
We will work on Personal Development exercises to tap into your Personal Magnet and Connectivity.
You will participate in a series of exercises that develop effective methods for on camera work.
Then we will pass on to: filming.
We will film simple scenes and then analyse them.
We will put to practice the theory.
The second shooting we will do: you will film a 1 minute video.
You can choose from the following topics:

Theodora will direct you and coach you, we will film and then we will watch the final footage.
