The Creative Brief we came up with after talking with Karolina:
For this photoshoot, we aimed to capture the transformative journey of the mindset coach who has risen from a place of self-doubt and anxiety to one of clarity, confidence, and empowerment.
The imagery should reflect the coach's present, highlighting the newfound sense of purpose. Scenes will include serene, meditative environments to symbolize the balance of inner peace and active personal growth. We will combine the “traditional” approach of meditation with the modern “costume” she will wear. Earth and neutral tones. Looks directly into camera, connecting with her audience. Karolina is a global coach, she travels around the world and has clients from different countries; the background should be neutral without specific cultural identity. We should also create images with negative space so she can add quotes and titles for her social media images.
We will emphasize authenticity, capturing candid moments that showcase the coach's relatable vulnerability and inspirational strength. We will not do the standard “staged” scenes of the coach “talking” to clients or looking at a laptop. Karolina is unique and one of a kind; her visuals should convey that.
The final visuals will serve to connect with mid-career professionals seeking direction, conveying a message of hope, resilience, and the power of self-discovery through coaching.

Our professional team will create a heartfelt documentary that beautifully weaves together personal interviews and candid moments, preserving your family's unique story for generations to come.
With a studio setup brought to your home and a seamless filming process, we ensure a comfortable experience that results in a timeless keepsake.

The Process:
Pre Production:
We will begin with a 30 minute to an hour discovery call. We want to learn all about you and your family. During that call we will also agree on the filming date at your space. We will bring the studio to you.
After our call we will send you a list of questions for the interview portion of the documentary. You will receive a set of questions for the parents, a set for the kids (if any) and a set for the grand parents (if any).
Production:
On the filming day, we will come to you. We will set up the lights, cameras and mics for the interview portion of the documentary. Depending on the number of the family members involved, this part can take from 1 to 2 hours.
Once the interviews are completed, we will start filming what we call the “B-Roll”; footage of you and your family in your space. This part will last for approximately 90 minutes to 120.
Post Production:
We will edit the footage, add music, titles, subtitles and deliver the 5 to 10 minute video (depending on the number of family members interviewed) to you in two forms: an .mp4 file and an .mov file. We will also upload it on a platform, with a password which you can share with friends and familly.

The PHOTOSHOOT PROCESS:
We meet online for a pre-production meeting where we discuss your idea and vision. At Photography 88 we work with our clients in establishing the perfect brief. We want to be specific and service you the best way possible. We meet ahead from the photo session, in a pre production meeting, and we establish your goal, objective and obstacles. We want to know as much as possible about you. Then, together, we map out the best way to creatively translate what you want to say into an image, a visual. We support you with the Creative Direction.
We meet at the location you choose. We bring the studio to you, lights and all the equipment necessary to bring your idea to life.
We start shooting. Theodora will use her 25 year old experience in acting and directing to guide you towards the goal we have established together during our pre production meeting.
The next day you will receive a link to a gallery with all your images. You will choose the 15 you like best. You can always choose more if you wish. Please note that every extra image is S$30.
You will receive your high definition edited images in your inbox within three working days.

Theodora Voutsa has been an actress, producer, director, and coach for more than 20 years now. She starred in sitcoms on national Greek television, collaborated with the National Theatre of Northern Greece and starred in plays by Moliere, Shakespeare, Bellei, Feydeau, Williams, O’ Neil, Coward, Greek classics, and many others. She created her own production company and produced plays, commercials, web series, radio shows and short films. Her entrepreneurship has been acknowledged by the Queen and King of The Netherlands.

Packages begin at
$900 for 4 edited short form videos in portrait mode, pre production consultancy, filming and editing. Filming Duration: 3 hours (including transportation to and from filming location). Location: 1 Location. Equipment: Camera equipment ( 2 Sony Bodies and Lenses), Light equipment, Sound Equipment.
$250 per hour for 2 to 4 hours, $200 for 5 hours - just for filming, no editing. We deliver the Raw footage in portrait mode to you to edit as you like. Included: 2 Sony cameras, lights, sound equipment, our videographer’s transportation. Additional charge for studio rental.
The Process:
Pre Production Meeting: Online Meeting to establish objective, support with ideas and co create copy (if any). Advise on wardrobe, props, etc…
Production: Film at your location of choice. Set up studio with two lights and sound. Support with On Camera Presence and delivery of speech using The Los Angeles Method.
Post Production: Final Draft delivered: 3 to 4 working days after filming. Project will close 30 days after filming date.
Deliverables:
for main package: 4 short form videos with client’s logo, transitions, titles, licensed music, synched sound, duration 30 seconds max.
for Raw footage, no editing: footage delivered via the pro wetransfer account by 88.
Additional Charge for: Sony Alpha Camera, Sony Cinema Line Camera, Professional Studio Lights, Special Effects, Colour Grading, studio rental and more.
